Use this page to report an address on this service. There are no user accounts, so a report cannot close an account. It can remove an address that was already turned into a player.
Copyright
A copyright notice should include all of the following:
- the work you own, described well enough to find it
- the player link on this website, or the address that was used to create it
- your name, address is optional, and an email where you can be reached
- a statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, the owner's agent, or the law
- a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or you are allowed to act for the owner
- your signature, which may be your full name typed in the form
This page accepts that notice. It is not a registration of a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Notices from outside the United States can use the same form.
What removal does
When the address can be identified, new player links for it are refused and player links that already exist for it stop playing. A short technical copy is dropped when it can be matched to that address.
The operator cannot ban a person, because the service does not register users. Removing the address is the step the service can take.
The file stays on the site that hosts it until that site removes it. A notice here does not reach that site.
A counter-notice
If a player link of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send a counter-notice with the same form. Choose "Counter-notice". Include the removed address, your name, your email, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your signature. The operator will consider it. Sending a counter-notice does not by itself put the address back.
A person who signs a notice they know is false can be liable for that misrepresentation.
Other reports
Use the same form for a trademark, a private or personal recording, the use of a person's name or face or voice, a statement that is false and harmful, intimate images shared without consent, and other unlawful uses. Say which one it is, include the address, and explain why you can report it.
For sexual content involving anyone under 18, send the address only. Do not attach, paste, or describe the image. That address will be removed, and the operator may report it to the authorities.
